Dear Friends and Fellow Believers,
As I sit down to write this letter, Arkansas has had the warmest Christmas week I can remember. The last few days have been in the 70s! Personally, I’m looking forward to some cold weather coming next week. I hope this newsletter finds you and your family full of joy after celebrating the birth of our Savior.
What a precious gift it has been to spend these days with loved ones, gathering together, sharing meals, reading the Christmas story from Luke 2, and just being together. This Christmas is a special “last” for our family. This year is the last year of childhood for my daughter Ella, since she will turn 18 in January. We certainly enjoyed all the family time and gifts, but all these things only reminded me of the greatest gift of all: Jesus Christ, God with us, who came to redeem us through His blood shed on the cross. God help us to keep the gospel in our hearts and on our lips as we step into the new year.
Looking back, 2025 has been an incredible year of God’s faithfulness to Line Upon Line Ministries. We’ve seen steady growth in our podcast, with episodes like the touching conversation with Josh Miller about his dad, our founder, Bro. David Miller, and deep dives into expository preaching, listening to the Word, and the sufficiency of Scripture. We’ve continued archiving and sharing Bro. David’s timeless sermons—hundreds and hundreds of hours of faithful exposition that still equip pastors, teachers, and believers today. Through our website and social media, we’ve reached more people than ever all over the world, all to the glory of God and for the strengthening of His church. Thank you for your prayers, encouragement, and support—each download, share, every prayer, and every kind word of encouragement means the world to us.
As we close out this great year and turn to 2026, we’re excited about what the Lord may have ahead. As we continue to increase our social media and website content, we’re also prayerfully planning to expand the podcast with more interviews featuring friends of David Miller, like-minded expositors, content on preaching, counseling, family discipleship, and practical ministry in the local church. We also hope to release additional resources: we desire to publish the first book of David Miller’s sermons, and there is the potential for an online version of the Expository Preaching Conference to come as well. Whatever form it takes, our commitment remains the same: line upon line, helping equip the saints through the sufficient Word of God.
