November 2025

Dear Friends of Line Upon Line Ministries,

Grace and peace to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ! As we come to the end of November, my heart is full of gratitude for the Lord’s goodness; not only to my family, but to this ministry and to each of you who pray for us and encourage us in spreading God’s Word.

Thanksgiving always gives us a precious opportunity to slow down and reflect on the mercies of God that meet us day after day. We are reminded that gratitude is not merely a holiday sentiment but a biblical calling. “Give thanks to the LORD, for He is good; His steadfast love endures forever” (Psalm 136:1). This month, I’ve been especially thankful for the countless ways the Lord continues to use Line Upon Line to minister to people through sermons, resources, and podcast episodes that are reaching far beyond what we could have imagined. We are incredibly thankful for God’s sustaining grace, especially in this year following the homegoing of our beloved Bro. David Miller. The ministry continues on only because of Him! Thank you, Lord, for the ways you continue to use this ministry to equip and encourage your church worldwide. Friends, your prayers and encouragement have been a vital part of that work. We’re grateful for each of you who pray, share, and engage with our content. Your stories of how God’s Word has affected your lives through our work fill us with both joy and humility.

Now we turn our eyes toward Christmas, the celebration of the incarnation of our Savior. In a season that can quickly become noisy, busy, and distracted, we remember the simple, glorious truth: “The Word became flesh and dwelt among us” (John 1:14). Christmas is not ultimately about lights, traditions, or gifts. Christmas is about the eternal hope of redemption. Jesus came to dwell among us, to live the perfect life we couldn’t, die for our sins, and rise again, offering salvation to all who believe. Our prayer is that everything we do during this season would lift high the name of Christ and draw hearts back to His Gospel.

As 2025 approaches, we also take a moment to praise God for another fruitful year of ministry. The Lord has continued to bless our teaching, preaching, and podcast outreach. We’ve been encouraged to hear from believers across the country—and even across the world—who are being helped by the expository teaching of God’s Word. It has been a joy to carry on the legacy and passion for Scripture that marked Bro. David’s life and ministry. We enter the coming year praying that God will expand our reach, deepen our impact, and use every effort for His glory.

Thank you for walking with us. Thank you for praying. Thank you for caring about the faithful proclamation of Scripture. May the Lord fill your home with joy this Christmas season, and may Christ Himself be your peace, your hope, and your greatest treasure.

In Christ,
Mark W. Williams
