Greetings from the beautiful Ozarks in Heber Springs, Arkansas! I hope this finds you and your family well and enjoying the good hand of our God!
Bro. Mark and his son, Clay, have been busy adding more sermons to Bro. David’s archive on the website. Be sure to visit the website and follow. Podcasts have been going well and receiving good feedback. If you haven’t had a chance to check those out, please do so. We would love to hear from you. We are working on putting together an online Expository Preaching Conference using videos of a prior conference featuring Bro. David and Bro. Hershael York to be available in the coming months. It has been a joy to see the number of individuals who have visited our website, over 100,000 views from all across the country and around the world. Glory to God that He is continuing to use Dad’s ministry. His legacy is continuing.
As I have previously mentioned, this month we will complete the Nehemiah sermon series, and we will discontinue our CD ministry. As you know, Ms. Donna is retiring. She desired this opportunity to say a few words to you:
“I begin by thanking God for the opportunity to be a part of Line Upon Line Ministries. I first met David and Glenda Miller when I was a young pre-teen. Bro. David had just become the Associational Missionary and he and Glenda came and helped with a Vacation Bible School at my church. Over the years our lives intertwined, attending the same churches and working together in various ministries. I
grew to love them dearly. When Bro. David approached me with the suggestion that I come on board and help Glenda with ministry assistant duties, I gladly accepted. Their ministry goals of sharing the gospel and encouraging the saints was exactly what I desired as well. Over the years, though I have not met many of you personally, I have typed your name each month and I have heard stories of you from the Miller’s so I feel I know you. Often when I prepare the mail out, I pray for you as I enter your name. The time has come for me to step out (I’m getting old folks!) but Line Upon Line Ministries and you will always be dear to my heart. I pray that God continues to richly bless this ministry and bless you and yours! Thank you for your interest in Line Upon Line Ministries.” – Donna Patchin, LUL Ministry Assistant.
