Dear Friends of Line Upon Line Ministries,

Grace and peace to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ! Summer is flying by quickly here in Arkansas. This month, our family enjoyed a much-needed vacation together. It was a restful and refreshing time away, giving us the opportunity to slow down and enjoy being together.

In just a few weeks, Ella will leave home to begin classes at Williams Baptist University. While Sara and I are excited to see what the Lord has in store for her, it is certainly bittersweet to watch our oldest child begin this new chapter of life. We appreciate your continued prayers for her as she adjusts to college life and seeks to honor Christ in all that she does.

Clayton will also be starting his junior year of high school this fall. It is amazing to watch him grow into a young man. We are thankful for the Lord’s work in his life and pray that he will continue to grow in wisdom, maturity, and his love for Christ.

Latest Podcast Episode

We recently released Episode 19 of the Line Upon Line Podcast, featuring Part Two of my conversation with Bro. Ed Romine. In this episode, Ed shares how both Charles Spurgeon and David Miller have influenced his preaching and ministry over the years. The episode concludes with one of Bro. David’s sermons, “Jonah’s Compliance is Legendary,” from Jonah 3:1–10.

Looking Ahead: More David Miller Sermon Volumes

We have been greatly encouraged by the wonderful response to The Doctrines of Grace: Five Sermons by David Miller. It has been a joy to hear from readers who have been helped by these sermons. Because of that encouragement, we plan to continue publishing additional volumes of Bro. David’s expository preaching. We have already begun work on the next collection, which will feature his sermons through the book of Jude. Lord willing, we hope to release it this fall. If the Lord brings it to mind, we would greatly appreciate your prayers as we complete this next project.

As we continue publishing sermons, producing podcasts, and developing biblical resources, our mission remains the same: to faithfully proclaim God’s Word line upon line for the strengthening of Christ’s church and the glory of His name.
